    The rooms were nice, although the bathrooms could use some improvement. the hotel's location was serene, and we enjoyed a tasty dinner at the Chinese restaurant. the staff provided top-notch service throughout the stay. I had a pleasant experience for three nights. Everyone on the team was attentive and helpful. 🌟

    Convenient location for accessing the park entrance, helpful and polite staff, comfortable bed, hot water. Only 10 minutes walk to the park entrance. Comfortable rooms with spacious bathroom. Helpful concierge.

    We had a deluxe double room to ourselves with a Nespresso coffee machine, dressing gowns, and a balcony, which was really nice. the extra big bed was very comfortable. - We got an excellent breakfast included. - the hotel is in a marvelous and unique location right next to the river. - the staff were nice and courteous day and night.

    This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the entrance of the national forest park and the bus station for easy transportation. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony, providing a nice view of the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with transportation and tour guide services. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices, and there is even a foot massage service available on-site.

    The beds in the rooms are quite hard, which may not be comfortable for all guests.

    Smooth check-in, great and peaceful location right by the Tuanjiajie national park, the city main street with all the restaurants, and local transport. Also, close to Wulingyuan scenic area.

    As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved the comfortable bed and the close proximity of the hotel to the national park entrance, just a 10-minute walk away.

    Felt just like home, no reason to complain.

    As low-budget travelers, we loved the smart and creative reception staff at the Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel. They arranged a detour to Pullman Baiyun during our layover and even resolved a complaint at the restaurant by offering a free dessert.

    Felt right at home, no complaints at all.

    Great location, next to national park and city views. Good breakfast selection with American options. Spacious room with balcony and comfortable bed. Helpful staff and beautiful pool.

    We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including a huge tub in the bathroom for added luxury. The location of the hotel was perfect, being within walking distance of Zhangjiajie National Park and close to the beautiful mountains in the area. the breakfast offered a variety of both Western and Chinese options, satisfying all tastes.

    Located in the rural mountains of China, this hotel is in close proximity to the national parks. Guests can easily access the parks as the entrance is very close. the location is perfect for those looking for an adventure. the rooms and bathrooms are okay; updated but dark. the breakfast was satisfactory, and the service at the front desk and meals was good. Facilities are present, but no specific advantage.

    The carpets in the hallway could be in better condition.

    Great stay over Thanksgiving! We were pleasantly surprised with two complimentary drinks at the bar and chocolates in the room. the hotel is in a prime location for visiting the main attractions and transportation was easy to organize. the breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from, and the bar had delicious milkshakes.

    The rooms could use a little updating and the gym and spa were not up to expectation. the bar prices were a bit on the expensive side.
